50 Days to Grace: A Precious Moment

March 11, 2013 By beautiful mama. 6 Comments

Me and my baby boy

This photo was taken on one of the happiest days in recent memory.

I was at work when my partner, the Serious One, and our little guy, OLM, showed up for a visit. Even though I knew they were coming it was such a wonderful way to kick off the day.

When I look at this photo it reminds me how tapped into joy and pure contentment I can be when I am around my son. It reminds me how easily that comes when I focus in the moment.

This snapshot also reminds me to let go of the difficulties that come with the sleep deprivation and the day-to-day struggles and how precious moments clearly demonstrate to us that the time we spend with those we love is far more important than anything else.

I want joy and contentment to radiate through my existence on this earth as much as possible so that the people around me can feel it too.

I love you so very much, my little family.

Thank you for reading.

You’ve learned to enjoy and appreciate aspects of life that some may never discover; you demonstrate this in your writings…it’s a joy to see and feel this. I believe you are accomplishing your goal.
