It’s only the light.
I’m scared momma.
Hold my hand
Not knowing
This day may change him.
I’m scared.
Random things,
Testing, practicing, responding.
Hold you.
Tightly
With kisses to warm cheek.
Feeling the weight of his world
on strong shoulders.
I know
But he can’t say how.
